LOGAN
I keep watching out the back window. I’ve never seen my sister act like this. She’s been sitting out there with the boys ever since we got home. I watch as she dotes on Cade. He looks like he’s enjoying it, he keeps laughing. I stare intently out the back window with my arms crossed.
“Are you sure there’s nothing going on between you and Cade?” Brie asks. I turn and see her and Noah watching me. I glance out the window one more time before shaking my head.
“Positive” I say coming back to help them with food prep.
“Are you su” Noah begins.
“I’m positive!” I snap. Brie and Noah look at each other.
“Hey will you see if Riley will help you set up outside?” Noah asks. I nod before heading outside.
“Hey Ri, can you help me set up?” I say pulling her away.
“I’m a little busy”
