LOGAN Christmas Day was busier than it had ever been. We woke up and had our traditional homemade iced cinnamon rolls and opened gifts. My parents amaze me. They didn’t even know that Cade would be here and yet they bought him just as many gifts as the rest of us. To be honest, I think that even if Cade and I weren’t together they still would have done it. They love him and I’m glad. He deserves that. He’s such a great guy. I still laugh when I think about all the fiery conversations we’ve had over the last three years. Cade gave me a maroon sweatshirt with Chicago in white lettering. When I opened it he made a comment about me giving him his sweatshirt back. My response was to tell him that once he made this new sweatshirt smell like him then I’d give him the old one back. Christmas
