Being in Cades arms made me equal parts excited and nervous. The song ‘Sugar, Sugar’ by the Archies played as we moved side to side. The residents were paired off and followed with small steps. It was completely adorable. Cade spun me a few times before dipping me. I laughed as he pulled me back up.
“Don’t you guys dare try that” he jokes, a smile now spread across his face. At one point, with his arm secured around my waist I felt him lift me up and spin me in big circles around the residents. I couldn’t stop laughing and to my surprise, Cade was laughing too. A few more residents join the class. Cade spins me outward before approaching one of the residents who had just joined.
