CADE
I was finishing up some paperwork for Chicago when the door flew open. A very excited Logan enters, a huge smile on her face.
“Well hello” I say getting up and closing the distance between us. I wrap her in my arms like I haven’t see her in days.
“Hi babe!” She says wrapping her arms around me. I lean down and press my lips to hers. How is she so damn cute after a long day of work?
She pulls away and takes her bags to the kitchen. I try my best not to be all over her.
“Need any help?” I ask leaning over the counter.
“Nope, your job is to use those muscles to open the wine and to pick a movie for us to watch after dinner” she says booping my nose. I smile and nod.
“I think I can handle those two things” I say before disappearing into the living room.
