Catrina’s POV
I left the school building and walked all the way back to the Maddox’s house. Thankfully they had given me a spare key, so I let myself in and went upstairs. I put my school bag away and instead of staying at the house. I changed into some of my own clothes. I put my hair in a braided ponytail then grabbed my purse and phone and left the house. I walked to town which wasn’t a bad walk, and it helped me clear my head. I was having all these feelings for both Nico and Dean and didn’t understand them.
‘If you have feelings for my brother and I then you need to figure out which one of us you want. You can’t have us both.’
I remembered Nico’s hateful tone and words again. I told him I couldn’t pick and that was the truth. I wanted them both but knew I couldn’t have them both.
