We worked through our stacks rather fast, which was nice, and we were heading back to the library.
“So, who’s jersey were you wearing this morning.” Erik asked me.
“Oh, I was wearing Daniel’s jersey. Also, I didn’t realize you were on the football team.”
“You in a relationship with him and yeah I’m on the team. I saw you watching us a few days ago.”
“We’re not a couple. I’m single, and he wanted me to wear it, so I didn’t mind.”
“Wait so your single?” Javier asked shocked.
“Yes I’m single. Daniel and I are just close friends. We’re not dating. You can even ask him.”
“I really thought he was your boyfriend.” Javier said and Erik shook his head agreeing.
“Well, he’s not.” I told them walking back into the library. I looked at the stack of papers still needing to be
