“WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL DAY?” My Aunt yelled at me from the living room with her hands on her hips.
“I was at work. Boss asked me to pull doubles this weekend, and I had no school work, so I told him yes."
“That is no excuse. There is stuff that needs to get done around here.”
I walked into the house more, ignoring her but once at the foot of the stairs. I decided to stand up to her. I was tired of her treating me like crap. “Well, you could do it for once. You never help with house work and I end up having to do it all. Why don’t you actually get off your ass and.....” She cut me off with a slap across the face.
