3.5. Aster's world

This feeling wasn't strange nor foreign but it was a lot stronger, louder—the deafening sound that took over my entire being was coming from my heart. I could feel it in my ears, against my palm as it rested on my chest. On my cheeks, they burnt as though I had a fever with that I certainly I knew my cheeks were pink—my ears were pink—yet I couldn't look away as Moon sat up. Her curls bouncing with her as she sat. Right, I shoved her and she laughed, she was still laughing but now I could see her face—my heart became even more deafening. Her eyes fell open, the glimmer sight of tears held made her brown eyes seem so captivating that it felt like a pool—no, a pull. I was being pulled. Her cheeks had tears creating a little stream with a riverbed of brown from the edge of eyes to her jaw, right down to her t-shirt. I don't know if reading laughter could be possible—but I wanted—needed to try. I wanted to know. The heaviness of her hands on my shoulders sank in as I could no longer see her lips move in laughter, neither could my hearing aids pick up the vibrations from her laugh—it was too silent, I didn't like it. Her cheeks had smudged tears from an attempt to wipe them off, her eyes were still glimmering but not with tears. Something sinister. Her lips moved, too fast for me to even catch a word—my head hit the couch making me momentarily close my eyes, her presence around me left. All too fast for me to catch on, a bit dazzled right now. My right then left eye opened one after the other, something dipped on the couch a little close to my head. Moon hovered over me, her eyebrows raised as her lips pursed—oh, I get—she shoved me back. We were playing 'Your turn.' Ah!—those were the words she said now that I replay it, she was being playful and very sneaky unfair player. She—I liked this, unable to control myself, I found myself covering my mouth as my eyes closed having my own moment of laughter.
