Chapter 4 : Time Flys

CHAPTER 4 : VAMPIRE PRINCESS GIANNAS P.O.V

For months on end, I called on Ludith too feed. He never seemed to tire of it, And I really liked that about him. It started becoming an every other day occurance, Usually at the same time, As soon as I lay Exist down to sleep for the night, I would use my interocom and call down to the buttler - after awhile i no longer had to put in any speacial requests, Our butler caught on almost right away to what was going on between Ludith and I. And, to mmy suprise, he never spoke of any of my business with Ludith with my father. Probably refrained from telling him anything about us because The King could be a very intimidating man at times. Not many people ever had dthe audacity to disrespect my father, or even talk out of turn in his presence. Usually people just fell into line and remained on their very best behavior when he was around.. My fathers reputation amoung the eight kingdoms was dreadful, When i was a young child, I remember hearing all kinds of rumors around the castle, From vampires from one of the other kingdoms who were just stopping thru at times, Or whispers from some of the younger slaves and workers we had.. Inever believed many things that i heard growing up until one day i was able to witness my father disapline one of the slaves whom had been accused of trying to steal some bread from my fathers chambers.. My father without question had the slave boys left hand cutoff, and he made the human slave wear it on a rope for weeks around his neck so everyone in our land would see and know just what he had done and who he tried to steal from. before that father never acted in that kind of mannor in front of me. My whole life, i feel like he tried his best to hide that part of himself from me, becauuse he didnt want me to see him differently. He is the one who chose me to be his heir when he decides to take off and pass down his crown one day.. I always wondered why he decided to choose me out of all the people in the world.. why me.. Whenever id try to ask him he would always tell me, because i am my motherrs child.. But i never fully understood what he really meant by that any time he said it to me. i usually just nodded and went on with whatever i was doing, nearly forgetting that i even had curiocity on the subject at all. That part was only half my fault though, Because The king inherited the power to Erase peoples memories, And he was able to do it whenever he pleased. He called it Deminishing.. That was just one of the many superpowers that he gained during his transition into being a vampire. Every vampire is different, and they all have different kinds of special abilitties.. some more unique than others.. Mine for instance, Im able to move at super fast speeds, And I also have the power to persuation, which if i might add, actually comes in handy alot of the time. Theres timees i dont need to use it at all, But when im in a situation that is dangerous, Ill always be able to persuade my way ot of it.. See how a power like that could actually come in handy one day.. Besides that, Im able to mesmerize.. Which basically means i can sing or hum and lure people into a deep trance like state without them even noticing. It doesnt hurt people at all, And while there in a trance, for them it just feels like there sleeping. Think of it as borderline hypnotizing people, except i cant order them around or anything cool like that. My powers are kind of more on the normal side i guess, Because there are some Vampires that have amazing enhansements and they are able to control them to a tee. For instance, I knew this vamp girl about 50 years ago, and she was telepathic, Meaning she was able to do things with her mind without even moving a muscle. Se could move objects, Pick things up, She could even enter someone elses mind and plant her thoughts and her voice into their thoughts, and talk to whomever her target was freely without ever speaking herself. Another interesting one i saw belonged to a male vamp, whom looked as if he was in his mid 20s, im not sure of how long hed actually been a vamp, but he seemed to act younger then most of the other vamps im used to being around. Anyways, this man could control the weather, when he hunted for his prey he cold make the whole area surounding him foggy or make it a severe thunder storm out of nowhere. he could start it and end it at his own discretion. I thought that was really interesting.. Father likes to hold a big formal ball once a year, And its purpose is specifically for vamps from around the world to come and show off their interesting talents and special abilities. Father takes all of the best and most useful of the lot and offers them money and a place in his kingdom in various positions, That is how he became as powerful as he is today. He has quite a few of prominant and very strong vamps with incredible abilites fighting on his side. on our side. And as long as he keeps his word with them and eeps paying them what the feel is fair, they will always remain honorred to be by his side. Father has enough power to back him up, If he wanted the whole world to bow, Including the human parts of the world, He could have that done with one ssnap of his hand. And as soon as he passes on, or decided hes ready to pass down his crow to me, It all shall be mine to do with as i please, and after that, Exist will take my spot and then shell be the one in comand, sitting on the big golden thrown in High Gardens conntrolling all eight kingdoms or even the entire world if she decide that thats fit. My only hope is that im able to raise her and bring her up to be a proper ruler and an even better vampire. For now she is but a baby. and that is what she will remain to be for a few years, At the age of 6 i will be forceed to follow thru with her turning and she will become officially one of us and claim her title as my rghtful heir to the throne. Even after she is turned, she will keep growing and aging untiil she reaches her most prime year of her life, Which usually happens to vampires around the age of 22 to 25. At that time, she will no longer continuue to age or change. she will be as beautiful as she willl ever be, and im already knowing what a beautiful women she will be. She is such a stunning baby be that she is still very young. Shes going to be one soon, She talks and walks already oon her own. Shes been trying to read but usually we just end up with her throwig the boos across her bedroom floor out of amusement. She loves loud noises, and shes very hands on for her age. She is a trouble maker, who loves breaking fathers very expencive and almost ancient peices of art that he chooses to display around the castle. Im suprised he has yet to notice any of it missing, as i have had to clean up and hide the remnants of so many of his vases and other priceless knicknackes. If he has taken notice to it, hes good at pretendeing he has no clue. and as long as hes not mad, thats okay with me .
