Violet POV
It's been a while since I have used my healing power and it did not affect me like I thought it would.
On my way home, Emily kept on asking if nothing was wrong with me because for some reason she couldn't believe I was fine.
I told her several times that I was fine, as we got home I went straight to the couch and lay on it.
"How are you not weak?"
"I don't know maybe because I have not been using"
"Exactly, that's more of a reason why you should be weak because it's been a while since you have used it"
She stayed with me for a few hours before she left. I went to take a shower as soon as she left and I slept.
I woke up and I heard Sebastian's voice in the living room. I went down to meet him and hugged him.
"How was work today?"
"Work was fine but a bit tiring"
