"Mommy, you came home," Mark says with sleepy eyes.
"Of course, my baby, sorry mommy was late, but I had to walk home," Rachel says.
"I love you, mommy. I am just glad you are home," Mark says as he throws his arms around his mommy's neck. As long as she comes home every night, Mark is happy. He knows his mommy has to work as he has no daddy. His aunt tells him daily that his mommy loves him so much, which is why she works late.
"I love you, my baby boy. Now let mommy tell you a story until you fall asleep again," Rachel says as she lies next to Mark and holds him in her arms while telling him a story. She tells him a story about a little boy and his mommy and how they will one day be able to spend weekends together and go to the park. Mark falls asleep fast as he has had a busy day.
