So frightened but bold, Frank continued disputing the revealed fact. How easy is it to agree to an uncovered lieand fail the mutual plan? What will be his says when home?
" I'm sure I heard the Holy Spirit. He speaks to me clearly. "
"Okay."
" Bro Frank,are you sure your fiancee is not six months pregnant?"
"Pastor Kunle,I'm not disputing your words. It's possible you heard the Holy Spirit. But, you may have heard Him wrongly."
Pastor Kunle imagined his confidence, putting to mind if anybody has ever disagreed with him in this manner.
"Even as we speak, Joyce is on her period." Turning to Joyce,Frank said,"Am I correct babe?"
"Exactly. " Joyce nodded, putting aback her earlier fears.
"No problem Bro Frank. " Pastor Kunle breathed heavily.
"Your wedding is just two weeks away, I think."
"Yes sir." The two answered.
"No problem. (Pause) You know the church has never joined a pregnant lady to a man in the past,that's why I'm asking. "
"True sir." Frank agreed.
"I could have never try such sir,if possible your assumptions are true. I'm a child of God,I can't lie to Him!" Joyce supported Frank in words and smiles.
Pastor Kunle felt defeated, still assured God can not lie. Anyways, he congratulated them and said some prayers for the upcoming wedding success.
