CHAPTER 11: The bad surprise.

The next morning I awake with Shane next to me still holding me. “Good morning baby.” He said smiling. I remember yesterday my eyes go wide and my heartbeat go faster. His face dropped looking sad. “Angel I’m really sorry you have had to see that I wish could have undone it.” He said still looking sad. “Shane I understand why you did what you did.” I said giving him a reassuring smile. He gave me a small smile back. “Angel if you want you can freshen up and I will make us some breakfast he said. “That sounds nice I said to him.” “ Okay baby I will leave you some clothing on the bed that you can were for the day.” he said. “Thank you I said and walked to the bathroom. I brushed my hair and did my business. On Shane’s bed were laying clothing. It is definitely his clothing it’s too big for me. I dressed in it I look so puffy, tied my hair in a high pony tail. I go the the kitchen of this floor. “Hi baby you look gorgeous." he Said smiling. the food smell delicious. We ate and he told me a little of the pack members. After that Lisa brought me some close to wear Shane had mind linked her . he introduce me to everyone even his father everyone had me feel at home. Even Demi stayed at the pack house .(Demi is a close friend of Shane and his father, she also tend school at Moonlight high.} I didn’t like her much even if she friendly all the time. Maybe I don’t like her because his father want s them to get married or mated. I message my parents yesterday I will sleep at Lisa house. It was kind of the truth. Shane took me home and stayed a little while. He couldn’t talk to that last rogue because he also died.

A few months had past and my relationship with Shane got stronger. Demi had also suddenly joined our group. I really didn’t like it but what could I do. I didn’t want to be the jealous type of mate.

Tyler still didn’t found his mate yet and jasper and Lisa were still smooching same for Dave and lily. Lilly had moved to Dave’s pack. We see Lilly just if she is in our classes the rest of day she is with him they really looked happy. My parents died a month ago in a car accident. It happened so fast. I didn’t have family to live with. I really missed them even if they were never there really. Shane wanted me to move in with him but I told him I want to enjoy my last month of freedom. Then if school finish I will move in with him. He didn’t like the idea very much but he understands it. Tomorrow is my 18th birthday. After school Shane dropped me at my house he told me he will see me tomorrow because he has a surprise for me that he wanted to finfish. The next morning I woke up with Shane standing next to my bed. “Good morning baby happy birthday.” He said kissing me and handed me my breakfast. “How did you get inside?” I asked. “The window baby.” He said smiling at me. “Oh.” I said. We talked a little bit and went to school. When I opened the school doors pink happy birthday balloons were falling down. It’s so sweet. He gave me a gold necklace with a heart on that said you are mine forever and always be in my heart. Later the day something was off my heart feel like its burning. Tyler and Lilly were with me. “What’s wrong?” Lilly asked my heart is burning and it hurt. They both looked at me shocked. But I walked past them I’m going to the school clinic they ran after me when I went past the Janet office my heart got hurting even more. It’s sounded like Shanes voice When I opened door there stood Shane and demi making out. What the heck I can’t believe this is happening. Shane then turned around pain in his eyes when he saw me. I looked at Shane felling heart broken. I don’t understand what's happening. “What the hell man” Tyler said standing behind me. Something strange then happened. The pain disappeared from Shanes eyes and it looks cold and hard. “Surprise do you like you’re Surprise.” he said. I thought this would be a great surprise to let you know I never wanted you as my mate. Demi will be a better Luna than you could ever be.” he said. Making my heart hurt more my eyes water and I pushed through Tyler to escape this torture. How could he have done that? Is it possible that he could be brain washed? Well I really didn’t care right now I still feel hurt. Shane didn’t reject me yet so that’s good. I'm going to figure this out. I stood on the roof top and cried. I wiped my tears away when I noticed someone was behind me. It could be Shane, maybe he wants to apologize and explain why he did what he did. I turned around but to my surprise it wasn’t Shane it was Tyler. “Malia I really want to apologize for the alphas behaviour. Something is messing with his head, because I know that he loves you very much Malia.” Tyler said. “we are going to get him back Luna. Lisa and Jasper is with them right now.” Tyler said and gave me a hug he wiped my tears away. “Listen Malia we are by your side but unfortunately we are commanded to stay away from you. Otherwise we will be thrown out of the pack.” Tyler said. “ Thanks Tyler I really appreciate it, but I think it would be best if you stay away from me. To stay on the save side. I will be in contact with you guys if I need any help.” I said to him . I need to talk to Shane maybe I can fix it. After school I waited for Shane at his car. My heart sank when I saw him walking this way with Demi's hand in his. Demi was the first one that spoken. “You can throw that necklace away now he has me now. “ she said looking at my birthday necklace that Shane gave me. “He gave it to me so back of.” I said still keeping my anger at bay. “You little rat!” she screamed at me and move closer. I think she is going to rip me in shreds. Before she could come any closer Shane had a hand holding her arm. “Wait baby leave her she is not worth it don’t get your hands dirty.” Shane said stopping her. If I want to talk to him I will have to get him alone. They walk just past me and drove off. A week has past. I still didn’t got a change to spoke with Shane. Demi was on his side like a cockroach. Lisa, Jasper and Tyler never talked to me, they only smiled at me or gave me a knot and walk of. It was only me Lilly and Dave sitting in the library reading or talking.
