As Logan spoke he turned slowly to face Lindsey who's eyes were still red raw but full of confusion at what had just been said. "Just like who?", Lindsey asked softly as she had to know the meaning behind what he had just said. "Nothing lets go", Logan left the car without looking at Lindsey and began walking to the door where he left her alone in the dark, even after seeing her cry and understanding why he left her alone. She got out of the car and slowly walked towards the front door where Alfred took her coat with a gentle smile, "thank you", she said with a voice so croaked. Lindsey looked at the kitchen and decided that she just couldn't stomach food tonight so left to go up the stairs and into bed. Although this man was a stranger and she still had no idea about his name, she felt safe and happy as he was the first person in a very long time to take any notice of her. She took off her clothes and took a shirt from his draw to put on before going to the bathroom to get ready for bed. When Lindsey left the bathroom there was still no sign of Logan which made her feel even more broken than she already was today. As she climbed into bed Lindsey cried into the pillow until there were no tears left and her eyes began to shut and after fighting it for so long she gave up and went to sleep.

Logan, on the other hand, was in his office drowning his thoughts in a bottle of bourbon as he couldn't believe what he had said in front of her. "What was I thinking", he said to himself before throwing the bottle of bourbon off of the door. He sat in his chair and processed his thoughts and feelings finally realising that he had left Lindsey alone upstairs on the anniversary of her parent's death, how selfish could he get. He stumbled out of his office ignoring the mess he had just created and made his way to the bedroom in which he found Lindsey fast asleep. He got changed and slid in next to her trying not to wake her up in the process. He placed his hand on her face in which she jumped in her sleep but soon eased into his touch, he noticed she had been crying again as her eyes were blotchy red and the pillow was soaking wet. "What have I done?" he lay next to her and placed his hands around her and gently pulled her into him in which she embedded herself into his chest, "how can I feel this for you when I have only just met you?" He closed his eyes and for the first time in a very long time, he was able to go straight to sleep with her in his arms.

The night past by quite quickly and this time it was Logan to get up first, so he decided he would make up for yesterday by making breakfast and running Lindsey a nice hot bath to go with it. When he returned with breakfast Lindsey was still asleep and he didn't want to wake her so left the tray on the bedside table and got into the bath so that it wouldn't go cold. He lay there with his eyes closed as his body lay in the water and moments later he was joined by Lindsey who nuzzled her body in between his legs. "I'm so sorry for last night", she turned a little to face me before leaning her head back so that it would caress my neck, with her height compared to mine she had to reach up a little bit before she could reach it. To make it easier I turned her around to face me before placing her body on mine so that her legs were wrapped around my back. I brushed her hair out of her face before leaning in and pecking her lips softly, I did this multiple times before her body yearned for more. "Do you want this?" she looked at me and smiled, "yes sir", I lifted her up as I got out of the bath and instead of carrying her to the bedroom I placed her on the bathroom counter. She looked up at me in confusion as I smirked and slowly opened her legs. I started at her ear where I left soft kisses and bites which I then trailed down her body until I reached her c**t. "I need to know now before we go too far", she looked confused and slowly moved her body closer to mine, "I'm confused". Before I asked her I stole one more kiss so that if she said no, I could savour that kiss for as long as I needed. "Will you be my submissive?" she turned away and I could tell she was thinking, by her face I knew she was going to say no so removed the covers from my body and got out of bed. As I reached to open the door she said, "yes".
