The rest of tech week flew by. Thankfully, we didn’t have to endure any rehearsals under the beady eyes of Hunter. He claimed he didn’t want to watch any more of the show; he wanted to save it for the last performance. Personally, I didn’t think he was able to hack the dirty looks from Ashley. We had our dress rehearsal the night before and it went well. It was far from perfect, but it was a great show overall. That kind of unnerved me a little. As the old theatre saying went, ‘if you have a bad dress rehearsal, you have a great show’. Or something along those lines. I hoped it wouldn’t work in reverse.
