“You have no luck at all, do you realise that?” Ashley said to me, with a dead-panned expression on her face. However, her eyes betrayed her concern. “You think?” I muttered, rolling my eyes. Sarcasm was dripping from my voice. I folded my arms across my chest, and a little pout covered my lips. Okay, so I was acting a little childish, I admit. “Wait.” Ashley narrowed her eyes at me and moved a little further forward on the sofa. She clasped her hands together on her knees. “You’re not happy about this whole situation, are you?” “You think?” I repeated, mimicking Ashley's earlier dead-panned expression.
