KADE’S POV
I jumped slightly when my grandfather slammed his hand against the table. “Kade!”
Both Fenrath and Jaxon bristled at the tone he used.
“What?” I growled.
“How can you give out a family secret to strangers so carelessly?” he asked furiously.
I bared my teeth. “They’re not strangers,” I declared. I turned back and reached for Andrea’s hand, pulling her toward me. “They’re my family.”
I held up our intertwined hands. “She’s my Luna.”
I knew we hadn’t properly discussed this, and my sudden announcement could have dire consequences against my fragile relationship with Andrea, but at that moment, all I wanted to do was declare it from the rooftops that she was mine. And I was hers.
She put my fears to rest when she squeezed my hand gently.
