This was the most awkward encounter Melissa had ever found herself in. She was sitting in a small bistro with Aiden and after the waiter had taken their orders, a strange silence had ensued. They didn't say anything. They just kept on looking at each other. Aiden, with a few words, had managed to convince Adams to leave with him. Melissa had noticed Betty shoot her dirty look and muttered a really crass curse word when she thought no one was looking. "So all we're going to do is stare at each other?"
