They had reached. The house looked kind of familiar and Melissa couldn't really place it. She frowned. Why had he brought her here? And what kind of surprise did he have for her? Here?
He led her into the house and Melissa had to keep her mouth from dropping. Both in shock and in awe. Shock because she recognized the house and awe because it was beautiful.
Melissa hadn't really stayed there much to recognize the surroundings. But she had an eye for paintings and if there was good painting, she couldn't forget it. And the one hanging in front of the fireplace especially. It was so beautiful.
Okay, she had gotten it. They were at Aiden's place. But Melissa still didn't understand why they were here. And why Aiden had been so mysterious about it.
