I finished the call with my parents, swiping my thumb over the screen and putting my cell phone back into my bag. I closed the drawer where I liked to stash my bag and leaned back in my chair. It squeaked as the back moved and I let out a sigh.
They were going to meet Louis this weekend and I was nervous. I wanted them to like him just as much as I did. They would be meeting Marcus too and maybe we could sneak in a meeting with Sin too. I didn’t know how they would take that or even if it was a good idea. I mean, we could introduce them as our friends. But I wished that I could be honest. I didn’t want to hide my mates but my parents were older and I didn’t think they would take the news very well.
It was one thing to learn your daughter was getting married.
