Broken Into Pieces
Carl was walked down the stairs when he saw Lara was asleep on the couch in a sitting position. Next to her, Andrew was awoke and squirming. Unconciously, Carl stepped closer and took a close look of his son. Andrew brightly smiled when he saw Carl. That also brought smile to Carl's face. That was the very first time he look closely at his son. If he didn't followed his ego and pride, he will happily played with his son. Then his eyes moved towards sleeping Lara at the side. Carl clearly saw Lara was exhausted from the dark circle around her eyes. Suddenly, he felt a pang of guilt for treating Lara poorly.
