The road

l choose to walk the long road out of my misery. The path seems dry with troubles ahead. The people whisper the things they don't know. When you find obstacles in your path you want to remove them. it's true that life has a direction, it may seem hopeless but the road is still long. Things get difficult as you move ahead. You don't know which way to go. As you move you meet people who build you. You get close with them, they use you. Betrayal begins with trust , the trust is broken. You are so broken that you trust no more. You begin to question why it happened to you. Your tears run down your face as reality strikes. Your mind wonders as you continue to cry. You become distant to people around you , it hurts so bad that you close the wall around you. Your pain seems to never stop. The road becomes more difficult. reaching few steps to more pain, you close your eyes. The tears of the hurt can never be seen. You become a lamb, a broken heart. You see only your sorrow. it seems shallow with only some hope. As you are still closing your eyes you see the images of those who hurt you. You let out a loud scream. Everyone hears your scream. They try to open the door but you won't let them in. You open only your eyes. You see light coming from the hall way. You break free from the wall as you wonder about what you saw . The door is open with tears still in your eyes. You slowly work closer to the hall way. As you get closer the road of pain goes away. You feel lighter than before. The light was a vision of a child dressed in white . The innocent face of one kind . As you get down on both knees, The child smiles at you. You are filled with mixed emotions. The tears of pain now turned into happy ones. You ask the child, who are you? The child answers,l am YOU. You wonder how? You have been so blinded by pain that you cannot even recognize YOURSELF. As you are on the right path, your road seems holy and clear. Like the angels dressed in white you saw yourself. Facing the younger vision of yourself, you hug the child.
