Arielle’s POV I walked into the conference room and I found Ethan locked in a deep conversation with a couple of stern-looking men who I hadn’t seen around here often. I couldn’t tell if they belong to our pack or if they were emissaries on a mission from a neighboring pack. As soon as Ethan sensed my presence, he signaled for me to take a seat before returning his attention to the men speaking in hushed tones but I could still sense the urgency laced in their voices.
