"I mean,he called me and told me he won't be coming to school,if you're really something to him,he should have informed you also" Joyce replied and Laylani fold her lips together but let out a smile

"It's okay,,no hard feelings. I am just worried about him,I came to you because you are his best friend,,thank you anyways" Laylani said and walked away

Joyce bite her lips almost feeling bad for what she said,,she actually lied. She have been trying to talk to Jace also but he's not picking up.

'You're allowing your jealousy get the best of you' Her subconsciousness said to her

"That big head takes pleasure in skipping classes these days,,I still wonder why he's still gonna pass more than me" She murmured

She groaned when she couldn't concentrate on her book anymore,she took her phone and dialed his number again

He picked up at first ring

"Hey babe"

She smiled as he called her that

"Don't babe me,,why are you not picking up my calls? And why are you not in school?" She snapped

"I'm sorry,,I just have alot of things to do. I will see you tomorrow" Jace replied

"I miss your head tho" she muttered

"Just my head? Or is there something you're not telling me?" Jace teased

"I'm hanging up" She said

"Wait,,,I met Laylani's calls on my phone,I've been trying to call her,now she's not picking up. Is she angry with me?" Jace asked and she rolled her eyes

"I don't know,,when you get to school tomorrow,talk to her yourself" Joyce said

"Can you at least tell her to answer my calls?"

"Are you In love with her or something? Why can't you wait till tomorrow,I have things to do here" Joyce groaned

"Okay fine,,nevermind. See you tomorrow" Jace said and hanged up

Joyce bite her lips angrily and stood up,she walked out of the class but ended up bumping Into Laylani and her phone fell.

"I'm sorry" Joyce muttered and bent to help her pick up the phone,,almost immediately Jace's call came in and the phone fell from her hand again.

"Never mind" Laylani said and took her phone by herself and then walked away

"Seriously?" Joyce scoffed and also went her own way.

Evening(In A Hotel)**

Scarlet keep on shunning Sky as he tried touching her,her mind was else where.

"What is wrong with you?" Sky asked and kissed her back

"When the hell are you getting rid of that witch" She asked

Sky groaned and sat down

"I told you Miguel is my target not the witch" Sky saud

"But she's my own target okay?? Stop shitting with me" Scarlet scoffed

"Just tell me how to get Miguel and everything will be solved" Sky said

"I already told you,if you want to get hold of him. Take the girl,,He's going to loose his mind if anything happens to her" Scarlet Said

"Good,,,that's not a problem"

"I don't care what you do to Miguel,,,that's his punishment for choosing that crazy girl over me. But I want her dead too,," Scarlet said

"Consider that done" Sky smiled

Scarlet stood up

"Are you leaving?" Sky asked

"It's getting late,I need to leave before those dummies start being suspicious" Scarlet scoffed and carried her bag

"That's not fair and you know that" Sky muttered staring at her with lust

"Get rid of her and I am going to f**k you hardly and s**k you up,," She said naughtily and kissed his cheek before walking out of the room swaying her butt

"Wait" Sky called back

"What is it?"

"Take this,,,," Sky placed a tiny stuff in her hand almost invisible

"What is it?"

"A bad a*s tracker,,,,put it on his body,,,he wouldn't notice,trust me" Sky smirked

"Okay,,," She said and went out.

She got to her car and stared at her own reflection in the mirror

"I'm sorry Miguel,,,but it's all your fault. You caused everything,,,," She muttered and speed off.

Celine let out a light groan as she opened her eyes,,she turned to her side only to find Miguel still sleeping innocently. She smiled and pecked his cheek,,she got down from the bed and walked to his closet. She took one of his shirts and put it on.

She walked to the fridge and brought out a wine and a cup,she poured it out and sipped from it walking toward the window.

The night breeze blow through her hair and she moaned,,she was still drinking when a car came into the clan. She didn't take her eyes from the car until the person came out,it turned out as Scarlet.

'Scarlet,,again?'

She dropped her cup on a table and walked to the bed,,she tapped Miguel and he opened his eyes after a while.

He smiled and pulled her to his side wrapping his arms around her body,he placed a kiss on her neck.

"I have something to tell you" Celine spoke up

"What is it?" Miguel asked still kissing her neck

"I think,,there's something suspicious about Scarlet these days. She have been leaving the clan in secret and coming back late in the night,,,I have a bad feeling about it. I just saw her now,,,,," She said

Miguel stopped

"I noticed she's really quiet these past few days also,,,,"Miguel said

"I think we should do something,,,I think she's up to something" Celine said

"I will do that,," Miguel said and pulled her more closer

"Don't let her spoil our mood now,,I will take care of her later" Miguel said and pulled the blanket over their body getting on top of her.

"Miguel wait,,,,"

"Why?"

"Let's rest for now,,,,"

"Let's rest after this" he replied and took off the shirt she was putting on

"Oh f**k" she moaned out as he s**ked her b**bs

Celine walked out of the room,dressed for school,Cody was waiting in the car already. She badly wanted to see Miguel but she was getting late,as she walked,checking the time,she bumped into someone.

"Are you f**king blind?" Scarlet half yelled

"I'm,,,," Celine almost apologized but she stopped when she looked up to see Scarlet

"I'm not blind,you should also watch next time." Celine eyed her angrily and Scarlet scoffed

"Wait,are you crazy? I see you're getting some nerves since Miguel is f**king you"

Celine chuckled and moved a little bit closer to her.

"What do you expect? Trust me,,it's an achievement,,you suddenly grew old and I took over,,isn't that wonderful? And talking about nerves,,don't try to mess with me or I show you crazy things" Celine said and walked away

She stopped and faced Scarlet again

"I will be watching you,,,my eyes are on you" She said before putting on her sunglasses and then walked away.

Scarlet couldn't believe her ears,,

'What the hell?'

Natasha who was listening to them bursts into laughter,,Scarlet faced her.

"What's funny?" She asked

"Hey Sam,,," Natasha immediately Called Sam who was walking innocently. She ran toward him trying not to laugh.

"Are you okay?" Sam asked

"I'm good" She smiled

"Is there something you're not telling me?" Sam asked

"You should have seen the way Celine threatened Scarlet just now,,she's really funny. She was like,I will be watching you,my eyes are on you" Natasha said acting like Celine and then put on an imaginary sunglasses

"That's funny" Sam chuckled

"Like damn,she's becoming brave and I am proud of her" Natasha smiled

"Yeah,I love her spirit" Sam said

She scoffed and ignored him

"Are you mad at me?" Cody asked

"Like damn,you don't know how to keep a simple secret. You spilled everything and spoil my plans" She snapped

"You just can't keep a secret from him,,,it's unfair. And I am angry,don't talk to me for today" She said

"I can't do that" Cody said and drove out of the compound

"I guess you should learn coz I don't want to talk to you right now" Celine replied

There was silence until Cody spoke up as he approach the school

"You just denied the boss,,that's unfair. And you know I can't keep a secret from him" Cody frowned

"So are you going to tell him?" Celine asked

"Yes my lady,,we are here" Cody Said as he finally parked the car

They both got down from the car,,,

"Are you going in with me?" Celine asked

"I just want to walk you to the class,,,to make sure no dude approach you" Cody said

"Celine!!!" Someone shouted and they turned to the side where the voice is coming from

Celine smiled the moment she said her,,,her new friend

"Addison" Celine called and they both hugged each other

Cody almost lost his breath the moment he set his eyes on her

'She's damn hot' he thought as he tried his best not to stare at her but she was too hot to ignore

Celine faced Cody and he immediately kept a straight face

"You can go,,," She said with a smile

"Hey Laylani,,you're acting strange. Are you okay?" Jace asked as he walked beside her

"Do I look like I am not fine?" Laylani snapoed

"I'm fine,,,I don't see why we are still talking if I am nothing to you" Laylani said folding her arms

"Who said you're nothing to me??" Jace asked

"I called you countless times yesterday just to ask why you were not in school because I was worried,,you didn't pick my calls. But you informed your best friend about your absence,,I felt hurt" Laylani muttered and Jace look at her with a confused face but he wasn't ready for an argument

"I'm sorry about that,,she actually called me first so I informed her. I was busy when you called,that was why I called back but I guess you were mad at me,,I'm sorry" Jace said

"If I am something to you,,then what am I?" Laylani asked

Jace kept quiet

"I guess i am really nothing" Laylani muttered

"You don't have to say all that,,you're something to me" Jace said

"If you're saying the truth,then kiss me" She said

Jace pulled her closer to himself and kissed her,she smiled and responded to the kiss hungrily.

He met with Joyce who was on her way to class

"Hey Joyce! Wait up!" Jace called and ran after her

"Did you really tell Laylani that I told you why I wasn't in school yesterday?" Jace asked

"You always do this when you feel guilty,so she was right. But why did you do that? She was mad at me,,,,,"

"Why are you so worried about her being mad at you?" Joyce asked

"Because she's also my friend,,just like you"

"Me?? You guys just started talking and now you're comparing her to me?? Does that even make any sense to you?" Joyce snapped

"You're making it sound like its something big,,we are not fighting,,,"

"I'm not fighting with you,,I just hate the fact that you're getting close to her,,you even spend more time with her more than me,,,"

"What if she's my girlfriend? At least I told you things are going to change if I get a girlfriend,,you didn't care,,,,"

"She's not your girlfriend,,,then why Is she more important than me?"

"She's not,,,,gosh Joyce,,,,you are making this hard,,you always tell me to get a girlfriend because I flirts alot,,I don't know why you're getting mad about this"

"Because she's getting all your attentions already,,,you're making me feel left out." She muttered

Jace sighed and rough his hair

"What do you want me to do now?"

"Can you stop being friends with her?"

"No I can't" Jace said immediately

"Because I like her" He replied

Addison immediately followed Celine out in a hurry

"You really mean business" Celine teased

"Just introduce me to him,,I'm sure he won't be able to resist my hotness" Addison said proudly and flip her hair
