Chapter 63

"Yeah hottie" Celine laughed as they walked toward the Parking Lot.

Suddenly they heard a voice calling,,,,

They both stopped and a guy approached them,,

"Do you know him?" Celine asked Addison

"I don't think he's calling me,,it's you,,," Addison replied

"But I don't know him" Celine replied

The guy finally got to them

"Hi,,," He smiled at Celine

"Yeah,,"

"I'm Kingsley,,,what about you?" He asked

"Celine" She replied and he nodded with a bright smile

"You look pretty,,,can we be friends?? I will like to be your friend if you don't mind" Kingsley said and Celine frowned

"Come on,,I mean no harm. I just like you,,,please"

"Okay" Celine muttered

"Thanks,,,your contact" Kingsley said handing over his phone to her

"Isn't that still early? Maybe next time" Celine said and walked away with Addison.

Kingsley stared at her until she was out of sight.

Celine and Addison got to the car and Cody was waiting

"Can you come out? I want to introduce you to my new friend" Celine said to Cody

He let out a smile and came down

'Holy Christ' Addison muttered inwardly

"Hi ,,I'm Addison,,,Celine's only friend" Addison said with a wink

"Cody" Cody muttered

"Cute name,,my brother's name is actually Cody" Addison said smiling and Celine choked

"Are you okay?" Addison asked

"Yes I am" Celine said

Addison faced Cody

"I think we should exchange contacts,,,so I can call you anytime I can't reach Celine,,or what do you think?" She asked

Cody nodded and gave him his phone

She immediately typed her number and gave it back to him

"You can save it with Babe" Addison said snd Celine almost burst out laughing

"I think your name will be better" Cody said

"Oh,,,,yeah,,,you remember my name right? Addison" She grinned

"Yes" Cody replied and faced Celine

"Let's leave at once" He said and went into the car

"Bye Addison,,we will talk" Celine said waving at her

"Your friend is really a crazy type" Cody said

"Honestly,,she's more than crazy" Celine said and they both laughed.

As soon as Celine got down from the car,she ran over to Miguel's suite.

She was about opening the door when she heard Miguel talking on phone,she stopped to listen

"I told you,don't you dare try to touch her. I'm not getting rid of her,,never. I don't care if you're my father,,don't try to mess with the girl I love or,,,,,,,"

She didn't wait to listen to his last statement,she turned back immediately.

Cody was on his way in.

"You're going back?" Cody asked

"Do you know where Miguel's dad live?" Celine asked

"Yes,,why?"

"Take me to him" Celine said

"Take you where?" He asked again

"To his dad,hurry" Celine replied walking out

"For what?" Cody asked as he followed her closely

"Don't ask me question,,just take me to him" Celine snapped

"You should at least inform the boss,,,,"

"He won't let me,,,so take me there" Celine said

"Okay,,but,,,he's not a soft person,,"

"I know" Celine cut in immediately and entered the car

Cody sighed and get into the driver's seat,he drove off.

Desmond's House**

"We are here" Cody announced as he stopped in front of the mansion

Celine viewed the house from the car and opened the car slowly

"Do you want me to come with you?"

"No,,wait here" Celine replied and walked to the gate,she knocked gently. A security opened for her and she went in.

Cody immediately took his phone and dialed Miguel's number

"Boss"

"What's going on?"

"I'm sorry for saying this now,,we are in the boss's house" Cody said

"You and who?" Miguel asjed

"Celine"

"What??!! What the hell did you take her there for?!!" Miguel yeller

"I'm sorry,,it was her who asked me to,,,,,"

"I'm coming there right away. If anything happens to her,,I'm going to kill you,trust me" Miguel snapped and hanged up

"Gosh,,what is she trying to do right now?" Cody groaned.

"Who are you?" One of the guards asked Celine..

"I'm here to see your boss,,take me to him" Celine replied

"Does he have an appointment with you?"

"Go tell him it's Celine,,at least he knows my name" Celine replied

"Okay,,stay here and don't move" the guard said and went in while Celine waited patiently. Soon he returned,

"Come with me" The guard said and Celine followed him.

After walking for a while,they finally arrived in a sitting room,Desmond was there with his back turned against them.

"Boss,she's here"

'You can leave" Desmond replied

The guard immediately left,Celine waited until he turned,this is the first time seeing him.

He faced her with a smile which she finds creepy,,but she was surprised to see his face,,Miguel really took after his dad,,just a little bit of his mom's.

"Miss Celine,,,,what an august visitor" Desmond said still smiling

"You can remove the miss,,you don't call me that when you are planning to get rid of me,,so let's be real" Celine replied

Desmond smiled

"So,,why are you here??" He asked and sat down

Celine moved closer to him

"I'm sure you know me,,since you want me dead so I don't need to introduce myself." Celine started while Desmond watched and listened quietly

"I'm going to say this once so make sure you listen,,,stop f**king threatening Miguel because of me,,that's really lame of you to do that to your own son. You don't even want him to be happy,,everything is all about your selfish interest. And listen to this,,,,,I'm not some weak brat you must have expected me to be,,,,,,"

"So,,what are you trying to say now?" Desmond asked

"Stop hurting Miguel's feelings,,stop making him feel bad,stop making him look at himself like a devil,,stop threatening to hurt people he love" Celine snapped

"Really? So,,you mean he love you right now?"

"Yes,,and I love him too. I'm going to do anything for him,,,just leave him alone,,,please" Celine said and Desmond chuckled

"I see you're not weak,,,but,,,,you know I can just kill you right here right now without anybody finding out,because I am sure you didn't inform your boyfriend,he would have stopped you from coming here" Desmond said and Celine chuckled

"Wait,,you think I am scared of you? Oh don't be like that,,,and you're right,I didn't inform Miguel because I know he's not going to let me come here when I seriously need to say some words into your head to stop frustrating his life if he can't tell you that. Try to act like his father for once and not like his boss!" Celine yelled

Desmond brought out his g*n and point it at her ,,Celine also brought out hers and points it toward him,,Desmond creased his brow looking surprised

"You think I am a fool to come here empty Handed? Seriously,,I know what type of person you are,,and I know you've been trying to kill me. What if I also kill you right now?? What is going to happen?? But I'm not going to do that,,because you're Miguel's father no matter what,,I am not in the position to hurt you. But I may change my mind if you dare hurt someone I love,,if love failed you,that doesn't mean your son shouldn't fall in love,stop messing with his life and let him do what he wants" Celine said

Desmond scoffed and dropped his gun

"Such nerves,,,,,it won't take you anywhere. You're only going to get hurt if you don't let go of him,,"

"You're not in position to tell me that" She cut in

"Do you have any idea of how many people are after him and going to hurt you,,,"

"I don't Care,,like I said,,I am not here for myself,,I'm only here to warn you to stay away from Miguel if you don't want to act like a father you are. I don't mind getting hurt because of him,,I know he's ready to get hurt because of me,,and I am also ready for that so your words can never scare me. For the last time,,,stay away from Miguel,,stay away from his emotions,,you want him to be heartless,,,please let him go,,stop directing his life,,He's a man on his own. Stop messing with his head"

She stopped and dropped her g*n and breathe out.

"Have a nice day" she muttered and turned toward the door

Her heart skipped a beat when she saw Miguel standing in front of her looking speechless,,she turned back to Desmond and he rolled his eyes.

She faced Miguel again

"When,,did you get here?" She asked

Miguel couldn't say a word,,he only hugged her

"My little witch,," He whispered into her ear and she smiled before wrapping her arms around him too.

Miguel broke the hug and kissed her hair,,,,he held her hand and they both went out.

Nobody talked until They entered the car

"Why did you do that?? Do you know how worried I was when Cody called me?"

"Cody again" Celine groaned

"This is not funny,,,"

"You don't have to worry about me,,I will be fine. I just want him to stop messing up with you,,,it makes me sad,,,"

Miguel pulled her closer and pressed his lips on hers,,he kissed her shortly.

"Thank you" He muttered and Celine smiled

"I told you,,,I will protect you,,,I don't want to be your weakness,,,,"

"You're my weakness,,,and my strength at the same time. You can't change that,,,,because,,,,I feel like I'm going to die if anything happens to you. So please,,don't do something like this again without my consent,,,please"

Celine nodded and pecked his cheek

"I hope he really listens to me,,,," She muttered

"You don't have to worry about him,,," Miguel said and she nodded

"Miguel" Celine called

"What?"

"Have you met your mom?" She asked

There was total silence for a minute

"Say something" Celine said

"Yes" Miguel replied

"Then why haven't you gone to see her again?"

"I'm not going to see her" Miguel muttered and she faced him sharply

"Why? She's your mom"

"A mother who doesn't recognize her own son,," Miguel cut in

"Really? Does that change the fact that she's your mom? You told me she left when you were young,so why are you suddenly acting this way,,,"

"I've lived all my life in guilt and regret,worrying about her if she's doing fine,,,,,,,but I saw her doing so f**king fine not minding if she have a son somewhere,,,I doubt if she still remember having a child,I am the one getting worried,,Good thing she's fine. I'm not going to worry about her anymore,,I've been living under dad's b*****e all my life just because of her,but she's doing all fine,,,,,,,,," Miguel stopped the car

"I understand,,but no matter what,,she's your mom,,,,"

"She's not,,,a mother who doesn't care about her child is not a mother,,I guess I am unfortunate to have cruel parents. I really don't want to talk about this,,,," He muttered

"I,,,"

"I don't want us to talk about this,,," He snapped and started the car

The drive was silent this time,Miguel's eyes was glued to the road while Celine keep on staring at him worriedly.

They returned back to the clan,,Miguel got down from the car without saying a word and Celine also came down.

"Miguel wait,,,"

"I want to be alone" He muttered and walked away

Celine sighed watching him leave. She also went her way.

The moment Miguel entered,he took a cigarette and light it up immediately,he started smoking trying to forget about everything.

Suddenly he heard a knock on the door,,and then Scarlet came in with a smile. Miguel faced her looking almost surprised to see her,,

"Hey Miguel" She said running to hug him

"Don't come closer" Miguel snapped and she stopped

"But,,,,I just want to hug you since it's been long,," She muttered

"I don't need your hug,what do you want?" Miguel asked and continue smoking

She tried walking closer to him

"I said don't come closer to me!!!" Miguel yelled and she flinched

"Miguel,,are you angry about something?"

"Yes,,the fact that you don't want to listen is pissing me off. If you have something to say,speak. And if you can't talk without touching me,,then get lost" Miguel replied

Scarlet fold her lips trying to prevent her anger

"I guess you're in a bad mood,,I will come back"

"If you come back,,I still won't allow you touch me" Miguel muttered

She sighed and walked away

Miguel roll his eyes and continue to smoke.

"I swear I will make your death a painful one if you're trying to betray me" He muttered to no one in particular

Scarlet entered the room and started pacing around

Soon,,she received a call from Sky which she picked immediately

"How is it? Did you attach the tracker?" Sky asked

"I told you he's not an easy dude to get,,he wouldn't allow me close to him" Scarlet replied

"What??"

"He was yelling at me,,he doesn't want me close to him,,as if he knew my intentions" Scarlet replied

"He's quite smart" Sky chuckled

"What do we do now?"

"Let's talk later"

Scarlet hanged up

Night**

"So,you're not going to sleep now?" Natasha asked as she open her eyes for the umpteenth time and Celine is still awake

"I'm not sleepy" Celine muttered turning from one side of the bed to another

"Fine,,goodnight" Natasha said

Celine ignored her,,she was thinking about Miguel

'Is he mad at me?? I can't sleep right now'

She sighed and turned around again.

Miguel's Suite**

"Cody" Miguel called

"Yes boss" Cody replied almost with a groan

This is the fifth time he will call him,,just to ask for the same thing.

"Did I hear Celine's voice just now? Why didn't you let her in?" Miguel asked

"Boss ,it wasn't Celine,,it was someone else" Cody replied

"Get out" Miguel Snapped And Cody went out

Miguel sighed and run his head through his hair

'You said you want to be alone,so why are you expecting her?' His mind whispers

"I guess I was crazy when I said that" he muttered
