Next Morning**

Celine entered into the car gently and calmly,after closing the door,she turned to Cody but was shocked when she saw Miguel rather than Cody.

They both stared at each other non stop until Celine spoke up.

"Why are you here? Where's Cody?" She asked

"Do you prefer him to me?" Miguel asked

"If you're going to misunderstand,,then drive me to school" She replied and looked away

"Are you mad at me?" Miguel asked

"No I'm not" She muttered

"Look at me"

"No" She Snapped

"I'm sorry" Miguel muttered and she faced him

"For what?"

"For telling you to stay away yesterday,I wasn't in my right mind. I'm sorry" He said

"You really need to start controlling your anger,,I had a sleepless night because of that" Celine said

"So,,am I forgiven?" Miguel asked

"I wasn't mad at you,,I was just worried and sad" Celine replied

Miguel smiled and pecked her cheek before driving

"You need to learn how to drive,,," Miguel said

"Are you tired already?" Celine teased

"Of course not,,I'm just saying. You know,,what if no one is available?"

"You're right,,so who will teach me??" She asked excitedly

"Don't worry about that,,just watch me" Miguel winked and she nodded.

Oak Park University**

Miguel and Celine both got down from the car as he stopped.

"Do you have friends already?" Miguel asked and she nodded

"You need to be careful,you know right?"

"Yeah sure,,don't worry about me" She said

Miguel pulled her closer gently by the waist and placed a kiss on her head,and then her neck before letting her go.

"I will see you later,," He said

Celine nodded with a smile and waved at him before walking away while he waited and watched her going,,a frown appeared on his face when he saw a guy approach her. He could see her trying to walk away from him but he kept on flirting,,

Miguel scoffed and entered the car,,,he drove out of the school.

He decided to stop at his mother's restaurant,,after driving for some minutes,he got there. He almost stepped down from the car but stopped all of a sudden when he saw his father about going in,,his eyes widened immediately and he put on a beanie hat which covered almost half of his face and then got down from the car.

He entered and sat down somewhere far,,he could see the look on his mother's face when she saw Desmond,probably filled with hatred and fear. He watched in silence,he was ready to do anything if Desmond tries to hurt her.

Desmond smiled as Mrs Brown approached him,,

"Wife,,long time." He said

"What are you doing here?" Mrs Brown asked

"At least ask for what I want" Desmond said

"I am staying away from you,,how did you find me here again??" She snapped

"Really? You want to stay away from me so I wouldn't find you??"

'Isn't that what you wanted? I left you,,,,,"

"No you didn't leave me,,you left your son" Desmond replied

"I wanted to take him along,but I guess you've infected him with your demons that he refused. I don't want to get involved In anything that has to do with you,please stay away from me" Mrs Brown said

"Are you sure about that??" Desmond asked

"Leave when you're done" Mrs Brown said and left his side,she walked over to Miguel.

Miguel looked up and opened his hat a little,,Mrs Brown's heart skipped a beat but she immediately controlled herself

"What do you want?" She asked and turned slightly to see Desmond,he was staring at her,she turned back to Miguel

"Nothing" Miguel muttered and stood up

He walked out without turning back. The fact that his mother still believed he's a devil through his father annoys him so much,,he was beginning to suspect that she really recognized him.

'But why is she pretending?'

'Does she hate me that much?'

Alfea College**

"Are you okay? You've been quiet all day,,it's unusual" Jayden,Jace's only male friend in school asked as they both walked

Jace sighed

"Can you touch my head?" He asked And Jayden raised his brow in confusion

"Touch your head? Why?" He asked

"Just touch my head" Jace insisted

Jayden touched his forehead

"Am I running temperature?" Jace asked

"Strangely,,you're running a temperature. It's the first time I will ever see you running temperature,what happened?" Jayden asked

"I think I'm running mad" Jace muttered

"Why?"

"I'm f**king stuck" Jace stopped on his track as well as Jayden

"Between what?"

"Joyce and Laylani of course" Jace sighed and Jayden bursts into laughter

"What's funny? I'm serious here" Jace grumbked

"Why are you stuck? Isn't Joyce you best friend?" Jayden asked in a mocking tone and Jace roll his eyes

"You don't have to laugh,I don't know what to do right now" Jace muttered

"Isn't that Joyce coming??" Jayden suddenly asked looking up

"Tell her you can't find me" Jace muttered and immediately ran off leaving Jayden speechless

Joyce finally got to where Jayden is

"Hey Jayden" She said

"Hi" Jayden grinned

"Have you seen Jace? He missed almost all his classes or should I say skipped?,,,I think I saw him in school this morning but I couldn't talk to him " Joyce said

"Actually,,I've been trying to call him too. I don't know where he is,,I will tell you when I find him " Jayden said

"Oh,,,,okay then. See you tomorrow,,my claases are over,," Joyce waved at him and turned to leave

"You look kind of cute today though" Jayden said and she faced him back

"So you mean I've never been cute?" She asked

"Not that,,just,,,you look kind of different " Jayden winked

"Thanks tho" Joyce chuckled and walked away

Few seconds later,Jace came out with a groan

"Wait,,don't tell me you're avoiding Joyce right now" Jayden faced him

"What else do you expect me to do huh?" Jace asked

"Avoiding her isn't the solution,,you're skipping classes also,,all in the name of avoiding someone." Jayden said

Just then,Jace saw Laylani

"Oh not again,,see you tomorrow Jayden. I will call you" Jace said and immediately turned to the other side

"Are you serious right now??" Jayden muttered as Jace ran off.

He shook his head and went his own way,he met Laylani

"I saw Jace just now,where is he?" She asked

"Maybe he didn't see you cuz he left already" Jayden replied and she pouted sadly

"Okay,,I will call him. Thanks" Laylani waved and went off

"That crazy fellow turned me to a complete liar" Jayden sighed and entered into his car and drove off.

Joyce opened the car expecting to see her driver but was surprised to see her father,,she widened her eyes

"Dad!!" She called

"What's the scream about?" Diego aaked

"I'm surprised,what are you doing here?" Joyce asked

Diego ignored her question staring out of the window

"Dad,,what are you looking for?" Joyce asked

He kept on looking

"Dad! You're acting weird" Joyce said

"Where is your boyfriend??" He suddenly asked

"Boyfriend? Why are you suddenly asking me that?" Joyce asked

"Just tell me,don't I have the right to ask for my daughter's boyfriend?" Diego scoffed

"Just that it's weird,,anyways,,I don't have a boyfriend yet. Can we go now?" Joyce said adjusting her seat belt

"What do you mean by you don't have a boyfriend,,,what about the guy I was told you are always with?" Diego snapped almost regretting saying that

"Wait,,,don't tell me you're stalking me" Joyce frowned

"I just want to know the type of person he is,,I don't want you to get hurt"

Joyce roll her eyes

"He's not my boyfriend,,He's my best friend. Let's leave"

"Do you have his picture with you? I want to see ,,,,"

Joyce shook her head and searched for Jace's picture on her phone

"Here" she handed it over to him

Deigo eyes widened immediately

"What's his name?" He asked

"Jace"

Diego nodded and immediately snapped it with his phone

"Dad!" Joyce grabbed the phone from him

"All done" He started the car and drove out of the school while operating his phone

"Dad,,can you please concentrate on the road please?"

Diego nodded and dropped his phone.

Three men smoking in a building,suddenly a message came into one of their phones.

"Guys,,,it's true. Those kids are alive" the one who received the message spoke up

"But how come? I f**king stabbed them,I am sure of it" Another one said

"This is the younger one" he showed them Jace's picture

"He's handsome" They laughed

Just then,a call came from Diego

"It's the boss,,,keep quiet,,,," he said before picking the call

"Yes boss?"

"That's his picture,,he attends my daughter's school. Find out where he lives,,get his older brother too. We need to get rid of them,,their parents properties are mine now. I don't want to keep on seeing them" Diego ordered

"Consider it done boss"

"Good,,"

He hanged up

"I think we will have to trace him after school tomorrow"

They all nodded in agreement

Oak Park University**

Celine groaned out loudly as Kingsley wouldn't leave her alone,,she turned to him angrily

"Will you stop following me everywhere? I told you I have a boyfriend,what else do you want from me?!"

"You boyfriend doesn't attend our school right? Not like he's going to find out" Kingsley said

"Wait,,seriously?? You're really telling me to cheat on my boyfriend?" Celine asked

Kingsley roll his eyes

"No,,,capital N.O,,stop following me. I'm never going to change my mind" Celine said and turned to leave

Kingsley dragged her back and pulled her against the wall,,

"Do I have to force you right now?" He scoffed

Celine sighed thinking of a way to deal with him as his face move closer to her,,suddenly his phone rang out. He brought out his phone,,he saw the name and immediately turned away from Celine.

But Celine could swear with her life that she saw who called,,,SKY,,that's the name it was saved with.

She wondered who Sky is,,,she didn't wait,she immediately walked away while Kingsley answered his call.

All of a sudden,she felt pressed and needed to use the restroom.

She immediately turned toward the direction of the restroom,,she was still walking when she suddenly bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry" She muttered as the person's phone fell.

She picked the phone and looked up

"Here,,,,,," but her word skipped her mouth when she saw his face

He also looked at her in shock

Celine's heart skipped a beat

'Is this,not,,,Brady!!!???

She was still doubting that when suddenly she heard a voice

"Braddy!! I'm over here!" The voice said coming from the back

Celine removed her gaze from Brady and looked back,,she gasped immediately when she saw Ella,,Brady's sister

'Oh lord' she muttered under her breath

Celine watched the siblings in total shock,Ella also stopped on her track when she saw Celine,,her eyes filled with hatred and anger. She rushed toward her at once almost slapping her but Brady stopped her before she did,Brady faced Celine also.

"Are you really the One?" He asked staring at her from her head to her toes and then back to her face.

"Murderer" Ella snapped

"Say something,,you really should be surprised. I'm sure you thought I was dead" Brady said with a fake smile

"I'm going to call mom right away," Ella said

Celine roll her eyes and turned to leave

"Stop right there" Ella ordered

She moved closer to Celine

"I guess you should know,I'm f**king going to kill you my myself,,,ugly orphan" Ella snapped

Immediately,Celine glared at her and grabbed her neck without thinking.

Brady couldn't believe his eyes

"I dare you to call me that once more,,,i will kill you" Celine snarled at Ella before letting her go roughly

She faced Brady

"It's so good to see you again,,I will pretend like you don't exist,,but if you try to cross your lane. I will make you regret it" Celine said before walking away

Brady and Ella exchanged looks,,Ella let out a scoff
