"Oh,,I know this place" Jace said

"You always come here with your girlfriend?" Sam asked

"Point of correction,,my best friend,not girlfriend" Jace roll his eyes

"Shut up,I know you like her." Sam said

"Anyhow"

They all walked into the restaurant.

They sat down round a table and soon the woman came to them.

"Mrs Brown,,you remember me right?" Natasha asked and Mrs Brown nodded

"Oh,,it's you. You really brought your friends" She said

"I always keep my promise" Natasha smiled

"Why does this sound like you're here to sell us off?" Jace asked

"Exactly my thought" Celine agreed

"No,I promised to bring you guys to taste her food" Natasha said

"I'm sure she recognize me" Jace

"Oh,,,blonde,,where is your girlfriend?" Mrs Brown asked

"She's not my girlfriend" Jace replied

"Really?"

Celine on the other hand was finding her face familia

'Do I know her?' She thought within herself staring at her face while others order for some food.

"Oh,Mrs Brown. She's my friend who love pineapple juice" Natasha said pointing at Celine

"Wow,,she's pretty." Mrs Brown faced Celine

"Thank you for the juice,I really enjoyed it" Celine said and bowed her head slightly

"You're welcome,,I will give you more" Mrs Brown said with a smile

"Wow,,thank you"

"Why do I suddenly like Pineapple juice?" Sam groaned and they laughed

"I sell pineapple juice,,you can buy one for yourself" Mrs Brown said

"Is Celine buying?" Sam asked

"You're not Celine" Mrs Brown snapped and they laughed again

"So,your name is Celine? Pretty name" Mrs Brown faced Celine again

"Thank you" She smiled

Mrs Brown nodded and walked away

Celine's eyes followed her

'I think I know her,,but where?' She sighed when she couldn't remember ever meeting her.

Edwin dropped the money bag in the carboot and entered the driver's side,,just as he started the car,someone pointed a g*n to his head and he cringed a little.

He checked from the mirror and his eyes landed on the mask guy.

"Long time,,,Edwin" The voice came up

"Who are you" Edwin asked

Miguel chuckled and removed his mask

"Miguel?" Edwin muttered and tried stopping the car

"Drive" Miguel said In a commanding tone and he keep on driving

Miguel's g*n not leaving his head for once

"Congratulations,,,you succeeded in killing me. What a great achievement" Miguel mocked

Edwin fold his fist hardly on the wheel angrily

"Oh,,are you angry? Sorry,,my bad,,,I didn't die. You know why??? Your boys are weak and dumb,,,do you even feed them well? Because they were brought down by a girl" Miguel chuckled like a proud boyfriend

"What do you want Miguel" Edwin asked

"You still don't know?? I thought we are playing a game,,you've thrown your ball,,it's my turn now" Miguel muttered

"If you're thinking of killing me,,then you're dumb" Edwin laughed

"Really?" I'm scared" Miguel mocked pretending to be scared of him.

Just then,,his phone rang out.

'Erica?' He thought inwardly wondering what's going on.

He picked the call

"Hello?"

"Miguel!! Don't kill him,,,don't!" Erica shouted from the other side

"Why?"

"His boys are going to kill me,,they are around me right now. Please save me,,,"

The line went off

"F**kshit" Miguel cursed under his breath

Edwin laughed

"You both think you're smart,,,kill me and she will be dead too" Edwin said

Miguel frowned

"I hate how you're talking like she's important to me,,bastard" Miguel uttered and without wasting more time he pulled the trigger and killed him.

Miguel came down from the car with the money in his hand,after taking it into his own car,he brought his phone out and tried to locate Erica through the tracker.

He got it in no time and immediately and drove off in full speed.

"What do you think is going on? Should we go back? He Killed Edwin" Sunny asked as they stopped their car beside Edwin's car

"Let's follow him,I think he's going somewhere else" Jax replied and speed up again following Miguel.

After driving for some minutes,he stopped in front of a building looking like an abandoned one. Miguel came out and put on his mask before going into the building.

Jax got down from the car,Sunny immediately took her g*n and also came down.

"Let's wait for ten minutes,If he's not out then we go in" Jax said While Sunny nodded in agreement.

Miguel walked into the building eye searching all over to see anyone but it seems empty,,he checked his phone again,it's the same location so what's going on?

He was still thinking when he started hearing voices from a direction,,he immediately followed the voices

"What do you mean by you can't talk to the boss,what's going on?"

"I can't,,he's not answering his calls"

"I swear I am going to kill Miguel if he messed with the boss,,,,,"

They were still talking when one of them was shot dead.

Erica screamed out struggling from the chair she was tied to

They all turned to where the bullet came from but saw no one,instead another one was shot dead.

"I think that motherf**ker is here"

Another one died,,,they are left with just four

"Show yourself you bastard!!!!" One of them yelled

Instantly Miguel entered into the room through the window kicking one of them in the tummy at the same time.

"Who called me?" He asked with a smirk

The boys immediately point out their guns at him surrounding him

"Seriously?? Why don't we drop our guns and fight with our fists?" Miguel asked

"You really think you're that strong,your mother must be really proud of you" One of them said agreesively

Immediately he said that,Miguel glared at him angrily but he remained calm

"Okay,,,you've finally admitted that I am stronger. So just kill me" Miguel said

One was about to shoot

"Stop,,,," Another one stopped him and Miguel faked a smile

"Good,,let's drop our guns"

Miguel nodded and they all bent to drop their guns including Miguel,but just as they bent down,Miguel killed three of them before they could blink, leaving the one who called his mother earlier,he planned to kill him specially

"Are you crazy?!! You motherf**ker!" He yelled pointing his g*n at him

Miguel shot him a glare and grabbed his hand unaware,he broke his bone and he screamed out.

"Next time,,,,that's if there is one. Don't ever call my mom,,,," Miguel muttered and broke his second hand causing another scream

He hold his leg and break the bone again and also the second leg

The man dropped on the floor helplessly,he couldn't move,he was in pain,,Miguel grabbed his neck and twisted it backward,,he died immediately

Erica on the other hand couldn't watch the scene,she closed her eyes breathing heavily.

Miguel walked closer to her and untied her

"Are you okay?" Miguel asked

She shook her head and hugged him tightly

"I am not okay,,," She said and broke into tears

Miguel sighed and tried releasing himself from her grip but she held him even more tightly

"Don't push me away" She muttered

"We need to get out of this place,," Miguel replied

She resisted for some seconds before letting go of him,,

Miguel wipe her tears and hold her hand,,

As they walked out,Erica was limping which made Miguel to stop.

"Are you okay?" He asked

She shook her head and showed him her swollen legs

"You need to go to the hospital,,,"

"No,,,I'm coming with you,,," she shook her head

"You can't come with me,,"

"Please Miguel,,,,I don't want to be alone. You can leave me tomorrow but not now,,,my head hurts right now" she said at the edge of tears

Miguel sighed

"Where should we go Now?" He asked

"My house" She said immediately

"Okay,,," Miguel said and helped her into the car.

After getting inside,he drove off.

"Is that not Edwin's girlfriend?" Sunny asked as they watch the car leaving

"Yes,,," Jax replied

"What is happening? I don't understand" Sunny sighed

"I guess they made a deal,,let's go back to the clan since he's fine" Jax muttered

"I don't feel well as I didn't do anything with this g*n" Sunny sighed and pointed her g*n to the building in front of them,after shooting she groaned and joined Jax in the car.

Evening**

Celine walked out of her room,she went to Miguel's suite the moment they returned to the clan but she was told that he went out. She decided to check again,

As she was walking,she suddenly saw Scarlet coming out and receiving a call at the same time,she immediately hide somewhere.

"I will be there in few minutes,don't f**king make me wait like the last time"

She hanged up and looked around,when she saw no one she walked toward a car and entered. She drove out of the clan

Celine get out of her hiding place and her eyes followed the car,,this is the second time she will see her going out of the clan in the evening,it's really suspicious and with her silence these past days make Celine more worried.

She turned and walked away,,

She met Cody as she was about going in

"Is he back?" She asked

"He won't be coming back tonight" Cody replied

"Why? Where is he?" She asked

"I really have no idea" Cody replied

"Can I go in? I want to check something please" Celine said

"I will go with you" Cody said and she nodded in agreement

They both entered Miguel's room,Celine walked to the table and took the picture of Miguel's mom and the one she took from Mrs Brown,she had took a picture of her without her notice so she came to compare the two.

"She's the one,,,she's just looking more aged" She muttered staring at the two pictures

"Who is she?" Cody asked and Celine looked up

"Can you keep a secret?" She asked

"Trust me" Cody said

"It's Miguel's mom,,,,I think I found her" Celine muttered and Cody's eyes went wide

"The boss still have a mom?" He asked

Celine nodded

"But it's a secret for now" She said and Cody nodded.

"You don't have any idea where he went to? Did he call you that he won't be coming home tonight?" Celine asked

"Yes,,I think he's busy" Cody replied

"He didn't call me" She bite her lips and brought out her phone

"Wow,,when did you get that?" Cody asked

"Today" She replied worriedly

"Can you put his number here?" She handed over the phone to him and immediately Cody typed it

"You know his number?" She asked in surprise and he nodded

"You're unbelievable" she chuckled and immediately dialed it.

He picked up after the first ring,,

"Who is this?" His voice which she was already missing so much came out

"It's Celine,,," She said

"Celine??"

"Where are you? Are you okay? I'm worried,,,"

"Don't worry about me,,I am fine" Miguel replied

"That's harsh,,I just want to know if you're okay,," She muttered

"I am okay,,go to sleep" Miguel replied and hanged up

"Devil" She muttered and Cody chuckled

"I think I am okay now that I heard his voice,," She said and faced Cody

"The boss said I will be taking you to school from tomorrow,," Cody said

"Oh really? That's cool" She smiled

The fact that she will be going to school suddenly made her forget her worries.

"I will leave now,,see you in the morning" she said and waved at him before going out of the room.

"When are you going to your father?" Miguel asked from where he was standing and smoking

"I don't know,,," Erica replied and Miguel faced her

"You don't know? What will you be doing here?" He asked

"I just want to stay,,since Edwin is gone. I want to live my life now,,I'm going to inform dad about the situation tomorrow,,,and the money,,,,"

"Take everything,,I don't need it" Miguel said and turned his back on her,he resume his smoking

"Are you angry with me?" Erica asked and got down from the bed

"For what?"

She moved closer to him and hugged him from the back,,Miguel pulled her away gently

"I hate hugs,,stop doing that" He said

"That's a lie" Erica roll her eyes

Miguel ignored her and kept his straight and blank expression

"I like you " She blurted out

"It's normal" Miguel said as the smoke from his cigarette filled the air

"What do you mean by it's normal? I just confessed my feelings to you and that's all you wanna say?" She hold his hand and touch his chest

"I really do like you alot,from the first time I saw you,,,I f**king fell in love with you,,,," She said in a low tone

Miguel hold her hand on his chest and pulled it down

"I think you should sleep,,you need it" He said and made to leave the room.

She pulled him back and hugged him

"Don't leave me,,,just listen to me"

"I love you,,you don't have a girlfriend right?" She tried kissing him

"Stop this rubbish,,don't make me regret saving your a**" he snapped and pushed her off

He walked out of the room

Erica bite her lips angrily and sat down on the bed.
