By 7.00 Bella and I prepared some light dishes for dinner. I wanted Jack to be asleep before Edwin comes. By 8.00 I asked Jack to go to bed but he was not sleepy as he slept in the afternoon. Edwin messaged me by 8.15 that he will be here by 8.30. I didn’t want to miss the chance to meet my brother after so many years. Seeing my state of worry, Bella came up with a solution.
“Jack, I saw a park near the apartment when we were coming. Let’s go there and take some fresh air.”
“Yes let’s go. Mummy, come with us.” Jack said.
