Chapter Four:

The new group of friends decided to take a walk around campus. Ray changed into a black hoodie and a tracksuit. He turned to Logan and Peter and signaled it was time to go out.
Ray, Peter and Logan were walking casually around the square, watching the scenery and the various activities taking place. They passed the vr room where others were watching a virtual Evo battle between students.
“That reminds me, Logan, what attribute do you have?” asked Peter. “A 6th class death attribute.” “Wow!” replied both peter and ray. They all decided to go off to the training facility and demonstrate their abilities to each other.
They entered the large gym-like building and looked around for a place to show their abilities to each other. They chose an area and activated the force field around it. They chose a shy peter to demonstrate his wind ability.
He stepped onto the field and with his control of the wind, summoned a storm of wind around him. He condensed it, trying to form a wind blade but it then started developing cracks before shattering. Dispirited, he stepped out of the dome and Logan was going in when a group of boys to the side of the dome laughed at peter’s effort.
Ray and Logan ignored it when a feeble wind blade like the one peter tried to summon was thrown by one of the boys towards peter. He could not disperse it all in time and it knocked him backwards. Ray sprinted towards peter but a partially transformed Logan had already caught him. He looked towards those laughing boys with fury in his eyes.
