Ian stood in the doorway of the kitchen, arms folded across his chest while watching the way Rae moved around the island like she already knew her way around the space. She was barefoot, wearing a top that clung to her curves and a pair of cotton shorts that barely covered the bottom curve of her ass. Her long dark hair was pulled up in a messy bun, a few strands sticking to the back of her neck from the warmth of the oven she’d already turned on.
