6 W hile Mr. Tindall was in the kitchen, I slipped my notebook out of my back pocket and into my lap. Isaiah gave me a small nod. Last night, we had talked about whether we should ask Mr. Tindall if we could record him but decided that might be too much for this first conversation. Instead, I said I’d ask if I could take notes.
