Sabrina had to reach out to someone to let them know that she was in danger. She couldn't go back to the house, she had to escape the hospital anyhow but the three men were constantly monitoring every move of every person entering the room and how she interacted with them.
All, she needed was a small window away from them to attempt an escape.
"Can I speak to your boss please. Why is he doing this to me, can you see my condition, I am nauseous, sick and in pain and have high pressure. Please let me speak to him or her. Let me go", she pleaded to the man who was in the room with Sabrina keeping an eye. The other two men had left for the night as only one person was allowed to stay with the patient. But he paid no heed to her and asked her to rest rather than making a fuss about it.
