After his work he went to pick her up from La Praire, what Joe said was still messing up his head but he had already made his decision and acted on it. The only thing that he had to make sure was she didn't find out about it.
He waited outside La Praire, Sabrina had asked him to wait outside and he didn't really want her to feel uncomfortable because of him anymore. Slowly he wanted to reach a place in this fake marriage where she could agree to let go of the contract but he wanted to be very careful because he didn't want to hurt her either.
