Chapter 5

Hugo Murphy has now managed to kill more than 60 monsters that emerged from the gate and now has to face off against an orc warrior riding a huge monster shaped like a wild boar.

Hugo's body and clothes seemed to have been tattered from dealing with the other orc soldiers. Hugo had several feet fired his shotgun bullets into the boar-shaped monster's body several times. However, not yet able to finish him off.

The orc warrior's mount was back after Hugo, who seemed to have been injured and in pain. Hugo immediately ran and jumped into the back of the broken car.

The giant boar-shaped creature quickly chased after Hugo who was not in his prime. The creature jumped and its two large clawed forelegs landed on the wrecked car body.

But, behind the wrecked car the creature did not find anything at all. The creature along with a rider began to look to the right and left. The two of them didn't see Hugo at all.

Hugo suddenly startled the rider of the boar-shaped creature when suddenly he was behind him.

The orc soldier who noticed Hugo suddenly behind him looked panicked and immediately tried to attack him. Unfortunately, Hugo immediately shot the orc soldier in the back of the head before he could do anything.

Hearing the sound of gunshots above his body, the giant boar-shaped creature looked panicked and immediately moved aggressively and irregularly.

The body of the orc soldier riding on the creature immediately fell from his back. Hugo immediately grabbed the creature's chain of bridles before he too was thrown off the creature's body.

Hugo tightly gripped the animal's harness made of chains. Hugo tried to defend as hard as possible as the creature several times jumped and kicked so that Hugo was thrown from above his body.

Hugo immediately reached for his g*n and tried to shoot the creature's head. However, he struggled a little to reach his head and instead shot at his neck which was full of thick flesh and fat.

The creature seemed to grow fiercer as Hugo shot its body. The creature could be heard roaring in anger and emitting a sound that was painful to Hugo's eardrums. The creature ran faster and crashed into a front door of a building made of glass.

Luckily, Hugo had let go of his grip and jumped down before the creature crashed into the building's front door. Hugo immediately ran away to save himself.

The creature can still be heard roaring in anger while destroying various objects on the first floor of the building.

Suddenly, there was an explosion that shattered the inside of the building. The explosion came from the two grenades that Hugo had attached to the creature's body before it jumped down.

Hugo had a few patch bombs that he would use for emergencies only.

Hugo immediately breathed a sigh of relief after successfully defeating such a troublesome monster. His body was covered in wounds and he had a little difficulty standing up straight. He could feel some of his ribs being broken.

Hugo's costume was designed to put all of his body parts and skeleton in their proper place. The costumes are also made with technology that can relieve pain and injury.

While Hugo was enjoying his free time, a group of armored soldiers as well as a group of orc warriors appeared to appear a few dozen meters away from him.

All the monsters saw Hugo who looked helpless and started to approach him. Hugo was unable to run fast due to his heavily injured body.

Hugo was feeling very unlucky today, it seems he will be made a monument in this city.

Suddenly, from the direction of the road behind Hugo came a voice that sounded like a miracle to him. There was the sound of several armored vehicles accompanied by the footsteps of the soldiers.

Hugo looked back, he was very happy to see two tanks and several vehicles with weapons approaching him. Moreover, there was a lineup of hundreds accompanying it.

The soldiers immediately got into position by lining up sideways. Hugo seemed to understand what they were going to do and immediately got out of their sight.

The soldiers immediately readied their weapons and aimed at the monsters across the road ahead of them. The monsters immediately ran to attack the soldiers who were preparing to attack them.

Two orc warriors riding a strange creature in the shape of a wild boar led the way. The two tanks and several military vehicles that were already in position took aim at the two creatures and immediately fired at those two creatures.

The tank bullet shot immediately exploded the bodies of the two giant boar-shaped creatures.

The other monsters continued to advance to attack the soldiers. The line of soldiers in front of the tank simultaneously shot at the hordes of monsters simultaneously.

The monsters seemed to retaliate with their ranged weapons. One of the orc soldiers threw their large javelin and directly hit the body of a soldier in the vanguard. Some of the armored soldiers used their crossbows and fired at the soldiers that attacked them. Some of the hot fire hit several soldiers on the front line.

A military car with a heavy machine g*n user on it immediately aimed its g*n at the monsters and shot them brutally.

The rain of bullets from the heavy machine g*n instantly scattered the monster's entire body.

Within minutes, the military soldiers managed to eradicate dozens of these monsters. Unfortunately, 3 soldiers died and 5 others were seriously injured.

Hugo immediately got out of his shelter and approached the military group.

"Why are you taking so long?" Hugo asked in an angry tone.

A soldier with the rank of major came forward to face the angry looking Hugo Murphy.

"I'm sorry, the distance between the military base and the city is quite far. In addition, the vehicles and civilians who are trying to leave us are hindering our journey here."

"Then you have to hurry, I think there are still many civilians trapped inside." Hugo's Suggestion.

"Okay." Replied the troop major.

Suddenly, a loud explosion was heard several times. The sound of the explosion was immediately accompanied by the sound of a large building collapsing.

The military groups and Hugo immediately moved to help the victims and finish off the attacking enemies.

Meanwhile, the four heroes from Range Hero are still busy fighting off the 3 dragons that are attacking the military helicopters that have come to help.

The Purple Falcon seemed to be busy flying here and there to avoid a dragon that was chasing it.

Voltage seems to activate the jet engine on the back of his costume. On the bottom of Voltage's shoes, there is also a jet propulsion to help control the flying machine on his back.

Voltage with his flying ability help the two military helicopters fighting against the other two dragons.

The Purple Falcon seemed to fly backwards several times and shoot at the dragons that were chasing it with his two SMG-type weapons.

The fire from the two Purple Falcon weapons had absolutely no effect on the dragon.

"Looks like I'll be flying here for a while, this dragon is hard to beat." Said Purple Falcon through the communication tool to his teammates.

"Falcon, fly to the building where I was, I'll try to help." Said Gita.

"Okay."

The Purple Falcon immediately lured the dragon and flew past several buildings. Purple Falcon directs the dragon towards the building where Gita is.

When it looks close, Gita immediately draws a katana-type sword that is on his back. The Purple Falcon and the dragon flew several meters under the roof of the building where Gita was. Gita who had prepared himself immediately jumped and landed right on the dragon's back.

The knight in armor riding the dragon seemed to notice the Gita who landed behind him and instantly controlled the mounted dragon to spin in the air. Gita immediately held on tightly to the dragon's saddle.

With all her might Gita held on so that she didn't fall. After stopping spinning, Gita immediately moved forward to approach the dragon rider.

The dragon riding knight saw Gita getting closer to him. The dragon-riding knight immediately took out a sword from the scabbard at his waist.

The dragon-riding knight immediately turned back and parried the sword attack from Gita. Gita and the dragon-riding warrior fought one-on-one on the dragon's back. With her left hand, Gita holds on to the dragon's saddle and with her right hand she uses a sword to fight against the dragon riding knight.

Not a fair fight for the two, especially when Gita almost lost his grip and almost threw himself backwards. Meanwhile the dragon rider could not release one hand from the dragon's bridle. The Purple Falcon couldn't do much and could only focus on flying to lure the dragon to keep chasing him and not catching him.

The longer, the battle between Gita and the dragon rider is getting fiercer. Gita also managed to cast several attacks that made it difficult for the dragon rider to parry and lose strength in the grip of his sword.

Gita immediately gave a very strong and powerful sword swing, making the dragon rider's sword thrown from his grip.

Gita immediately stabbed the dragon rider's chest with his sword. Even though Gita's sword had stabbed into his body, the dragon rider still put up a fight and tried to push the sword out of his body.

Meanwhile, Gita continued to push his sword with all his might. The dragon rider was forced to let go of his left hand which was gripping the dragon's bridle and helped push the sword out of his body.

The weakened dragon rider was instantly thrown back as the dragon began to fly sharply downwards. Gita immediately dodged and jumped forward to hold on to the dragon's bridle.

Gita tried to control the dragon to keep flying straight. Having succeeded, Gita immediately tied the dragon's bridle made of chains around his waist.

Gita who was impatient immediately stood by the dragon's neck and prepared to stab the dragon's neck with his sword.

With all her strength and courage, Gita immediately stabbed her sword at the base of the dragon's neck. The dragon screamed loudly as Gita's sword was successfully embedded in the base of the dragon's neck.

The dragon immediately flew uncontrollably in the air, Gita continued to hold back against the dragon's shock. Luckily, the bridles around his waist kept her from falling. The dragon no longer tried to chase the Purple Falcon.

Gita pulled his sword from the base of the dragon's neck and immediately stabbed it back into the base of the dragon's neck.

The dragon seemed to fight back when Gita stabbed his sword at the base of the dragon's neck for the second time, but the dragon's resistance was not as fierce as the first.

The dragon began to weaken as Gita continued to push his sword which pierced the pepper at the base of the dragon's neck even more.

The dragon's flapping wings slowly weakened and began to fly low. Slowly, the dragon began to stop flapping its wings and immediately fell rapidly from a height of tens of meters.

Gita in a hurry immediately tried to release the reins that were tied to her waist. Gita had a little trouble and had to use her knife to cut the chain of bridles.

Luckily, Gita has the ability to channel heat energy into her dagger's eye. This makes it easier for the Gita to cut various thick objects, especially iron.

Luckily, Purple Falcon came to help Gita who was still on top of the dragon's body that was about to fall less than 10 meters from the ground.

Purple Falcon immediately took the Gita flying away. The dragon fell heavily onto the road full of abandoned vehicles. The impact of the dragon's body blew up several cars that were hit by the dragon's body as well as several nearby cars.
