Black letters on white paper. A candle burning on the table, dimly illuminating the room. Thoughts full of panic make a few lines creep into my forehead, my lips tightly pressed together in anxiety. My gaze slips over every name on the list, my heart in my chest naively believing - she is not on this page. At the very top of the page were the most important names - Amira, Lucas and Zander. The eldest, Lucas, whose journeys beyond the wall are supported by Amira and Zander. Every year there is an expedition to which the new soldiers go.
