Chapter 4

449 Words
"who- Who are you??" was all that Jason could manage to say. He was already shocked by the sight of how he lost all his buddies in just a moment. And he was already constantly thinking about the mysterious person who called his name. I assumed him to be the one in charge here as he thought. Whatever it is it's bad, he's got to report the situation to the HQ, or else things are going to get much worse than they are now. All I need to think of is a way out of here, thought Jason.   " So you don't recognize me at all, eh?"   " No I don't, who the f**k are you?"   " well, that's such a pity you don't recognize your sworn best friend."   Now that's something I've really been moved by. If only one thing was what this man said. I had only one person whose friendship with me was as strong as he describes. That man was more like as I thought, had left this world a long time ago, while on the SAS mission in Bagdad. He was someone I once decided to forget about his existence from my life.   Jay Dawes; a man of no more than 20 of strong physicality and temperament fulfilled his parents' wish of entering the Armed Forces. This man, blessed with the pride of his parents, was one of the most promising soldiers with a brilliant career in his future, written all over his face. This young man had a dream to get to the top of the best and to win everyone's respect. But the dream came to a stop as another man of the same age came into his life, crushing what he had worked so hard to accomplish. This guy was much better than him, and in the words of his teaching supervisors, he was the best. Yet finally, this guy became a friend of his. After a training mission, where they almost meet their deaths, Jason and Jay became the best of friends. They supported each other during training times like twins, one shared the misery of the other and shared the pleasure of the other. They even vowed to be friends forever as long as they were kept alive by God. But Jason lost his best friend in the Baghdad SAS operation. After that, before he got engaged to a lady named Atlantica Ellen Rivana, from there he sought happiness again. Yet Jay was forgotten in Jason’s life from that time.   But here was Jay Dawes standing in front of me, his Glock pointed at me in the middle of nowhere in this dark night.   "But why?? what happened to you, mate?"
