Chapter 1: "What the f**k, Keeley? I thought someone died. But you know what? This is even worse than someone dying." "Remind me why I'm friends with you again?" my best friend, Keeley came walking out of my walk-in closet. "Because... I'm nice?" I tried reasoning with her even when I knew she would win this. She always did. Even I had no idea why Keeley was friends with me. All I could say that I was glad that something like Keeley happened in my life. "Get your head checked, Lia. You have a walk-in closet, yet you have nothing in it except some old, ripped jeans, a sweatshirt and some stupid cashmere sweater. What are you even gonna wear to Zach's party this Friday?" She sat crisscrossed on my bed. I sighed. She fished for her phone out of her pocket and dialed a number. "Emergency. Julia's house." She hung up before the person on call even had the opportunity to speak. For some reason, I knew who she called. Ten minutes later, I heard a call pull up. Not even a minute later, 28 seconds to be precise, my bedroom door was yanked open. I'm actually glad that it didn't come off the hinges considering what happened last time. "What's wrong? Is everyone okay?" my other best friend, Dylan Cooper came in, panting. "We have nothing appropriate to wear for Zach's party this Friday." Keeley whined. "What the f**k, Keeley? I thought someone died. But you know what? This is even worse than someone dying." Dylan said as he sashayed over to my closet. This guy really needed to set his priorities straight. "Okay, girls. Do not fear. This is just another Code Red." Code Red is what he called 'deprived of proper clothing due to lack of fashion sense.' This is something that he came up with when we were 13. Why? Because of me. "You say that every time you're here." I complain. "More the reason why I should keep saying it again and again. Maybe it will knock some fashion sense in that pea-brain of yours." He said as he smacked my head with every word. Damn. Dylan: 1. Julia: 0 "We're going shopping tomorrow after school." As these words left Dylan's lips, I groaned. Shopping with these two is the worst of all! With Dylan being the fashion expert and Keeley being the hipster, you'll require more than 24 hours to buy the best clothes. Last time we went shopping, I was so tired, I went to bed without even listening to 5SOS. And trust me, I. Love. 5SOS. These guys are the reason why I'm known in school, to be honest. Dylan is by far the most fashionable dude in Harbor High. Heck, he's the most fashionable dude in Woodsville. Tomorrow will be a long day. I bet he'll force me to buy some lingerie after he went through my clothes. ..
