Jorah hated running. He only did it because it forced him to get some air. And most of the time, he was walking, not running. It wasn't that exercise bothered him. He kept himself in decent enough shape. Not so much as to be understandably vain, but enough to be healthy. The real problem with running was the boredom. If he let his mind wander, he'd wipe himself out too quickly. If he wanted to run any distance, he needed to concentrate on his breathing. And that was boring. So his mind would wander.
