“Missing?” She grabbed my hair, tightening her hold on my scalp until tears burned in my eyes. “No one will come looking for you because they think you're taking some days off to heal from your injury.”
Her eyes fell on my hands, her smirk widening.
“N-no,” I whispered shakily, my right eye swollen to the extent that I could only see through the left one.
“Yesss.” She dragged out the word excitedly. She yanked my hair, several strands coming loose in her hand before she threw them aside and walked away from me. Spreading her arms wide, she grinned.
“You know what this place is? It's somewhere you'll never be able to locate no matter how hard you try. It took me eight hours to bring you here. 8 hours! Now imagine how long it'll take before they find your body.”
