She never thought about it when she first joined her job, she was more than excited until she met him.

Abhishek was her senior, he was almost Amy’s height but looked a bit fat, he was calm and quiet and quite interactive. Amy found that Abhishek had started to show interest in her. This was not new for Amy because she had dealt much with it when she was in college. He occasionally came to her with problems to which she had no clue, even though there were much more qualified persons in the room he pretended that she was smart, at last, he solved the problems himself and then applauded her like she did it. At first, it was not so comforting to Amy but soon she realized that having him at her side was a bonus for her.

It always looked like he did all her work. He ate his lunch with Amy and she never refused him.

“Do you like him?” her colleague Soumya asked her in a flirting voice

“what is going on between both of you ?” she came more close to Amy

“nothing much” Amy blushed and pretended that she knew nothing about it.

“ has he proposed you yet” Soumya started curling her locks

“no” Amy replied in the dimmest voice possible and went away …
