Amy had the intense hangover when she woke up the next morning she had a faint idea of what she said last night, she had never been so drunk before, Aakash had already left the room. Amy had to go to the office to collect her belongings. When she reached the office her colleagues told her that Abhishek had been fired by the company chief as he didn’t agree to his decision of firing her and he said he won’t work in the company where the workers have no job security. She had never regretted so much all she wanted to do at the moment was to say him sorry. She saw Aakash outside the office. His disarranged hairs and muddy cloths terrified her. He slowly took out the gun to show her. Amy didn’t even want to think about it. “did you just…” she couldn’t complete “yes! I shot him” he looked confident, Amy could see the whim in his eyes. He tried to grab her closer to which she gave a hard blow to her face as hard as she could, tears trickling down her eyes she had never felt so dead before. Amy could see the face, she didn’t look in the eyes because they revealed the truth. She hit the mirror as hard as she could, it broke into several pieces. “these little mirrors” she whispered She held a broken piece, she pulled out the page in which Abhishek had written his poem “Oh! These lonely night breeds such ugly thoughts” When Rahul and Aakash reached Amy’s house they found blood all over. All they found was she was lying on the floor, the broken piece, her slit wrist and the letter still in her hand. Aakash went close to her and looked at her with distress. He asked Rahul to get him a glass of water. There were 2 gunshots in the room at that moment and three dead bodies.
