The long lost Alpha

STEPHAN'S POV.

I went to Elise's room and the door was open maybe she forgot to lock it before sleeping. She was still fast asleep and I decided to sit beside her before I woke her up to start her day prepping for her birthday. Lane was downstairs getting all ready for a small celebration. 'She's very pretty' Blyke exclaimed sighing at the sight of My Princess Elise sleeping peacefully. 'Do you think she'll be our mate?' I asked blyke and he chuckled 'Of course! Let's wait for her wolf to wake up again and I'll tell you she's our mate.' He sounded so confident but I have been worried about it for some time now. I really liked Elise from the moment I laid eyes on her and I knew she was a wolf. She's the prettiest she-wolf I've ever seen and I really want her to be my mate. Staring at her loss in thoughts she began to open her eyes and it's the most beautiful blue eyes I've ever seen staring back at me. "Stephan" she whispered as she smiled sweetly and my heart melted. "Yes my love?... I mean my princess" I said feeling shy and embarrassed I can feel heat rising up to my face. 'Oh come on Stephan, you don't have to take it back she'll be ours!" Blyke stated but I ignored him. Elise sat down and I could see her cheeks blushing as she stared at me and smiled again. "What are you doing here? Did I wake up so late?" she asked "No, I was just about to tell you to get ready for your birthday. Lane and the others are waiting for you downstairs" I said. "Ohh okay I'll take a bath first" she jumped out of bed excitedly as she entered the bathroom. I was about to get out of the room when she called for me peaking from the small opening in the bathroom door. "Hey, can you stay? I will need some help later with the dress." She said and I felt my heart jump as she said those words. "Uhm, yeah sure I'll be here." I said proceeding to sit on the sofa and read a book.

After some time I heard the bathroom door open and Elise went out on a robe and her hair wrapped on a towel. She sat down on a chair in front of a mirror and started using a thing called a hair dryer. I can see how she struggles so I stood up and decided to help her. I took the hair dryer from her and offered to do it. Thankfully it's easy to use and I got the hang of it. Her hair smells wonderful and it's very shiny I can't wait for the time when I can pull it. 'Well some thoughts you have there' Blyke spoke up. 'Like you don't want us doing that to her' I replied and he chuckled in agreement. After drying her hair she went in the dressing room and picked some dresses then she asked me what I liked. I picked a red dress that goes down to her knees. It looked pretty simple and casual yet when it was on her it looked expensive and elegant. She asked me to bottom it up on the back and I obliged. Her back looks so smooth it felt weird having the urge to take off this dress instead of helping her wear it. The dress looked perfect on her. We went down to the kitchen to have some breakfast. Mr. Leonard was already there with Lane eating bread and sipping coffee. They looked at us as we went towards them. "Good morning Elise! Happy birthday!" Lane greeted her and she went up to him and kissed his cheeks and thanked him. If I didn't know that they are siblings I'd be jealous of their closeness. 'well their technically not siblings by blood' Blyke commented. 'Shut up Blyke it's not like they see each other more than that!' I told him and blocked his thoughts. I helped Elise sit down and I sat beside her across Mr. Leonard who kept eating. "Happy birthday Elise! Your parents would be here before the full moon for us to witness your transition!" he said excitedly. I was worried for my Elise because she's not aware about all this and now she has to face her family not knowing what's waiting for her. I hope she transitions smoothly.

ELISE'S POV.

I can sense the worried look on Lane and Stephan's faces as Mr. Leonard mentioned my parents and my transition. I was worried too after the pain I felt last night but I am very excited to meet my parents. Mr. Leonard kept telling me stories about my parents except that part of how they lost me he said it was a story for my parents to tell. After having breakfast I followed Lane to his room and left Stephan with Mr. Leonard. Lane's room was huge! It's like a house with one bedroom and two different comfort rooms the shower was separated with a big bathtub and a huge walk in closet. He said this was the master's bedroom just like the bedroom mother and father have back in the kingdom. Lane took out a box and opened it to inform me. It was a white gold wolf pendant with diamond eyes sparkling so pretty. I fell in love with the necklace as soon as I saw it. "I had this custom made for you and I hope you like it, Elise! Happy birthday" he said while helping me wear the necklace. "I love it, Lane! Thank you!" I hugged him tightly as I smiled from ear to ear. "I know you're worried but I did my own research and I found out that your parents are great! I'm sure you would love them. He whispered to my ear not breaking the hug. I stayed in his room for some time catching up about what we had the past years that he was gone. After that I went around the mansion observing the people my brother hired to arrange for my small celebration, they were all busy decorating the mansion. Lane decided to change the venue from inside the mansion to using the front yard because of my pack that will join my parents in coming here. I hope I can transition in front of them. What if I can't and I disappoint them, I thought to myself getting anxious about the possibilities. It was around nine in the evening when my parents and the pack members arrived. I went down as soon as I heard they arrived. We were standing in the front door, I was in the middle of Lane and Stephan was getting anxious. I believe Stephan noticed it as he tried to reach my hand to comfort me and I relaxed at his touch. A car stopped in front of us. A very tall man around 6ft in his 40s came out, his eyes were blue and he walked on the other side to open the door. A gorgeous woman with brown eyes around 5'6ft tall, in her 40s went out and walked hand in hand as they approached us. "Alpha Mooray and Luna Cassandra Robinsons of Oak wood pack, I'm glad you're already here. I am honored to have found your heir, the future of our pack, Elise." those were Mr. Leonard's remarks that I could barely hear as I stared intently at my supposedly real parents. They looked like people that went straight from a fairytale. They look perfect! Both of them approached me with such a loving gaze. "I am your mother" Cassandra spoke so softly like music to my ear as she gently put her hand on my cheeks. Alpha Mooray took my hands and kissed it "My daughter, my only heir. This is a dream come true!" he exclaimed and I couldn't react until they both hugged me. It felt warm and I felt so loved.
