"He takes his earphones and plugs them into his phone and he hands it to me. He then takes one side of the earphones and wears it and I take the other one. He instructs me on what to do, so I switch his phone on and go to his music player and there's a playlist labeled, K.S."
I swallow hard. Do those initials mean what I think?
"No, no, no. You're just tripping."
"Okay, so just play each of the songs and please, just listen carefully and don't ask questions yet. He bites his lip and I giggle as I click on the first song, Heaven by Kane Brown. "
