I looked over my shoulder and spotted Mason, I felt so happy for him, he deserved it, he deserved a mate.
I could see the happy, surprised, and joyful looks on Alpha Nathaniel and Luna Giselle's faces.
"Wow, the moon goddess knows how to create surprises," the Luna beamed, leaning closer to her husband. I looked over to Marigold who does not look a bit happy over the news, she clenched her hands tightly by her side before storming off.
"Marigold! Marigold," her mother called but she wasn't listening, I begin to wonder why she reacted that way, didn't she want a mate or maybe she had expected more than this? Poor Mason doesn't need to go through another heartbeat, I feel for him because I knew right now he was trying hard not to follow her and trying to respect her privacy.
