Jennifer stood in front of her vanity mirror, adjusting her earrings when her phone buzzed. She picked it up lazily, expecting a message from Kelvin, since they had plans later, but her brows pinched when she saw the sender’s name. Curious, she unlocked it. Her manicured fingers trembled as she stared at her phone, eyes wide in disbelief. "I’m getting married this weekend. Don’t you want to attend?" She read the message again.
