Alina had woken up at exactly 5 a.m. It wasn’t hard for her as itt had become a habit over the years. When she lived with Kelvin, she always woke up early to make breakfast before he got out of bed. It had become a routine.
But now, things were different. She wasn’t doing it out of pressure of satisfying Kelvin. She actually wanted to do it for Aiden.
She moved quietly around the kitchen, making his favorite food. The house was still and the sky outside was dark, but she liked the calm.
