    Andrew could feel the tension of his muscles flexing and extending, taking large leaps, the speed flowing together with his breathing. Both man and wolf were pushing through their limits, trying to synchronize, letting the wind blend their souls. They knew where they were heading and who was following them from the distance. But they couldn’t care less. Andrew felt at ease when he freed his wolf. Its animal instinct was so basic, so naturally irrational that the alpha melted with him as one when running through the forest. However, for the past two years, his wolf had decided to sleep while he was in his human form and let him take all the decisions alone. But Andrew missed him. He missed his thoughts and perceptions about their daily situations and of course, he missed his feelings. H
