DEJA VU: Awake: Chapter 22

Jacob walked out of his room and suddenly began punching the wall.as Lucas went towards him and held his bleeding hand.

"Why are you hurting yourself".

"She's crying Lucas".

"Jacob you just met her today and your acting like you've been in love for years,you went to hug her earlier when her powers were messed up regardless of the fact that you were getting hurt".

"i don't know,i feel like she's mine".Jacob said

"Well i don't know what is wrong with you but put your act together".

suddenly the door opened from inside and Duchess came out,she looked at them strangely.

"She's awake and suddenly wants to leave".

"But she's not well rested"Jacob said as he walked into the room

Immediately Seer saw him tears suddenly started falling from her eyes.

"I said i want to go back ".she said as she wiped her tears away.

" we haven't caught the killer of the lady you went to see in the morgue".Lucas replied

"She goes nowhere but stays with me,i will not let you take her away when you obviously know she is not healed properly".Jacob said angrily

"who the f*ck are you to tell me what to do".Seer screamed at Jacob

"Am sorry seer but your not well rested".Jacob said looking really sad

"i did that to you right?"She asked pointing at his bloodied clothes

"Once you've arrested the killer,i can finally regain my freedom right?" Seer asked coldly staring at Lucas

"Your not a prisoner ".Lucas replied

"good to know...Scarlet and hades are?"

"In the meeting room". Duchess answered

"when are you going to interrogate your suspects".Seer asked

"Tomorrow ".Lucas said

"Okay....i'll be doing some work myself".Seer said as she smiled coldly
