*****Ryder's POV******
Once the bell rang, signaling the end of exams, I passed my papers to the lousy supervisor and sprinted out of the classroom immediately. Xena promised to stay outside of the school and wait for me. I bypassed lots of male and female students, curious to know why I was so excited.
Once I got outside, I made my way to the parking lot and saw that the car hadn't left yet. I sprinted to the side of the opened door and saw the weak Xena still laying there.
"Xena, I'm back!" I climbed into the car and took her in my arms, her sweet scent wafting into my nostrils as I patted her back slowly.
"You're done?" She asked, her voice tinged with concern and obviously difficult to form words. I nodded and replied immediately, "Yes, I'm done."
