“Did you perhaps see the face of this person who tried to kill the Alpha?” The police asked again, and I shook my head. I couldn't even figure out if It was me or Ryder the person aimed to kill.
“He sped off the moment the Alpha fell.” I managed to croak out as Valkyrie rubbed my back soothingly. She suddenly called after we arrived at the hospital. The guards had rushed out the moment I screamed. The entire Blackthorns came out the minute they heard that the Alpha had been knocked down by a car.
After I told Valkyrie what happened and how Ryder saved me, she came rushing to the pack’s hospital to find us. Almost the entire pack were currently in the hospital because of the Alpha.
